Tan Son Nhat International Airport

  • Introduction Tan Son Nhat Airport

Established in the 1930s during French colonial rule, Tan Son Nhat International Airport was initially used for military purposes. When Vietnam gained victory and reunited two parts of the country in 1975, it was expanded to accommodate the increasing flow of passengers.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport, one of the busiest passenger hubs in Vietnam, provides services to millions of national and international tourists annually. Thus, when you step off the plane, a blend of modernity and tradition, blanketed by dynamic spirit, will leave you an unforgettable impression. If passengers wait to complete the procedures, it is easy to find the correct sectors thanks to its well-organized layout and kind staff ready to assist. Following that, you can start your adventure in Vietnam, beginning with some food stalls at the airport before starting your Ho Chi Minh Tours.

  • Bring small Vietnamese changes to pay for tickets. You can pay online but there is no free wifi, make sure you have 4G.
  • We’d only recommend using the bus if you’re traveling alone with little bags. Consider calling cabs if you have a lot of luggage.
